My stay at the hotel was simply fantastic. The room was small but comfortable for one person, clean, and very quiet. The service was top-notch, with the staff being extremely helpful and competent. The location was a nice and super close to the promenade, although the noise from the main street could be bothersome. The dining experience was very nice with a good selection of typical Italian food. Overall, a great value for the money.

The hotel was really nice, clean, and comfortable, ready for us before the official check-in time with a convenient check-out at 12pm, which is great. However, it would have been nice if they had put us together since they knew we were a pair. Some areas of the hotel look old, especially the walls.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, just a short walk to Lugano's main shops, restaurants, and the lake. The rooms offer stunning views across the lake, and I had a balcony room with a wraparound balcony that was simply amazing. The service was efficient and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. The dining options were convenient and delicious. The facilities were great, especially the views of Monte San Salvatore. Overall, a fantastic experience with great value for money.
